ATBS is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to sell ATBS products and services via telephone.
This is a full-time, employee position that will report to the Director of Marketing.
Duties and responsibilities will include the following:
•Achieve revenue, quota and new customer satisfaction objectives;
•Own, qualify, develop and close opportunities for ATBS products and services from multiple lead sources;
•Handle both inbound and outbound sales calls;
•Organize work activity based on lead source rating – white hot, hot, warm and cold;
•Manage time, activities and leads and track all calls, activities and sales results through CRM system;
Qualifications include the following:
•Minimum of 1 year of Inside Sales experience;
•Education or work experience in the transportation or real estate industry or related fields;
•Ability to speak articulately and credibly;
•Ability to work as a team: share due credit with co-workers; promote a friendly and supportive work environment; work with other departments as necessary; support group decisions.
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook with the ability to learn new computer programs;
•Experience with a CRM program a plus;
•Organization skills including planning, prioritizing and goal setting abilities;
•Positive attitude and strong desire to help clients be successful;
•Self-motivation; outgoing personality; personal confidence;
•Experience as a small business owner a plus;
•Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
This position offers a base salary plus commission and benefits package.
