INCORPORATION

We will help you determine the correct salary to pay yourself and if applicable, we can also help determine salaries for your employees. Payroll services are an important part of incorporation and we can provide payroll on a monthly, twice-monthly, or weekly basis for multiple employees.
TAX PREPARATION
Tax preparation under the premium plan can also include your entity returns and tax estimates. In addition, if you use your business checking or credit card accounts for business only, with no co-mingling of personal funds, we can capture most of your tax-deductible expenses for your business when we reconcile your accounts.
