PRICE:

ATBS Premium Services includes all bookkeeping, a corporate and personal tax return, quarterly tax estimates, payroll and TripPak services.

• Premium Services start at $185 per month for one truck
• Payroll Services start at $75 per month for one truck
• Bookkeeping Services start at $110 per month for one truck
• There is a $200 one-time charge to set up Payroll Services
• Incorporation fees are $500 plus any state-specific filing fees

FEATURES:

• Incorporation Services We will incorporate your business in the appropriate state ensuring the necessary forms are filled out. We will also work with you throughout the year to assist you in complying with all corporate rules and regulations
• Accounting and Bookkeeping We will handle all accounting and bookkeeping for your business including receipt sorting. Just mail us your receipts and we will take it from there. In addition, we will reconcile one business bank account and business credit card monthly.
• State, Federal & Quarterly Tax Preparation As part of Premium Services, ATBS Tax Consultants will prepare your corporate and personal tax return and provide you with quarterly tax estimates for your business.
• Statements We will provide you with monthly Profit and Loss Statements and an annual Balance Sheet. These statements are critical to managing your business and increasing your success as an owner-operator.
• Payroll Services We will provide payroll for one or more trucks or employees. You can set up payroll weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
• Separate Services If you do not need the entire Premium Services package at this time, you can enroll in Payroll or Bookkeeping Services separately.
• Unlimited Business Consulting You will receive free unlimited business consulting with your Premium Services Consultants experienced in trucking, accounting, tax and corporate compliance.
