ATBS METHODOLOGY:

  • Sample size Data is based on thousands of agents in each market segment
  • Time Period– Every quarter, ATBS looks at the most recent 24 months including an average of each 12-month period for comparison
  • Anonymous - Agencies in the benchmarking group are assigned a number.  You’ll see your information and how you rank against the other agencies in your group, but no one else will know which numbers are yours
  • Market Segments – ATBS benchmarks different market segments then provides an average for all market segments combined
  • Consistency - The data is purified based on consistent monthly measurements and the scale remains consistent across each group of charts
  • Key Performance Areas -  You will see how your agents rank in key performance areas such as Gross Income, Brokerage Fees, Business Insurance Costs, Communications Costs, Printing and Advertising and Net Income, among others
  • “All” Market Segments - ATBS also provides an analysis of All Market Segments combined in each of the key performance areas.  This is a weighted average of the segments taking into account the percent of agents in each market segment
