• Unlimited Business Consulting As an ATBS member, you will receive free unlimited business consulting from your own personal Business Consultant with expertise in the Real Estate industry.  They will provide customized solutions that maximize your business performance, help you achieve your retirement goals, manage your tax requirements and generate higher profits.
• Business Planning and Budgeting We will help you develop a business plan or budget presenting a detailed breakdown of your income, variable costs, fixed costs, break even point and profitability, so you'll know where your business is going and how to get there.
  
• Bookkeeping and Accounting Simply place all of your receipts in a pre-addressed ATBS envelope and mail it to ATBS every month.  We will sort, categorize, summarize and record your receipts monthly saving you the hassle of doing this time-consuming task yourself.
• Financial Management ATBS will provide you with monthly Profit and Loss Statements that you can compare to your personalized budget, helping you identify areas to improve so that little problems don't become big problems.
  
• Benchmarking Every month, ATBS will compare your monthly Profit and Loss Statement to industry averages for that month. This insight into how other Real Estate professionals are performing is invaluable, helping you keep up with the changing industry so you can maximize your profitability. (Available in Phase II)
  
• Quarterly Tax Preparation, State & Federal Tax Returns ATBS CPAs will prepare your quarterly tax estimates and your year-end state and federal taxes ensuring you get every deduction you deserve while remaining tax compliant.  Quarterly estimates will be based on actual business data so you avoid overpaying or underpaying the IRS throughout the year.
