Todd Amen, President & CEO
 
 

Todd Amen is the Founder, President and CEO of ATBS. Prior to ATBS, Mr. Amen was Co-President of Trans-Western Express, LTD. (TWX), a family-owned truckline operating in the contiguous 48 states and Canada. In addition to his work with ATBS, Mr. Amen is a recognized leader in transportation and finance and is also on the Board of Directors of the Truckload Carriers Association.

Mr. Amen is a graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Marketing.

     

 

Jeff Amen, Vice President
 

 

Prior to joining ATBS, Mr. Amen was co-president of Trans-Western Express, LTD. (TWX) involved in the management of the entire company. In 2001, Mr. Amen joined ATBS initially focusing on sales. As a co-owner, today Mr. Amen is involved in all aspects of ATBS helping to set the strategic direction of the company. He continues to be a leader in the sales and marketing of the company’s products and services.

Mr. Amen graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Finance.  

 
   

 

Matt Amen, Vice President
 
 

Mr. Amen joined ATBS in 2002 with a background in trucking, business development and information technology. Previously he was Co-President of Trans-Western Express, LTD. (TWX) and later ran his own business, ICCE Technologies. Today, Mr. Amen directs the Maintenance Consulting group and all Asset Services products, is involved in the sales and marketing of all ATBS products and services and oversees the information technology direction of the company.

Mr. Amen graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics.   

 

     

 

Dan Prime, General Manager – ATBS
 
 

Mr. Prime became General Manager of ATBS in September 2005 directing and coordinating the operations and management of all business services departments including corporate finance. Mr. Prime joined the ATBS team with almost 25 years experience in finance, accounting and tax including senior positions at two publicly traded transportation companies.

Mr. Prime holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and an MBA from Michigan State University. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Tom Hagglund, Controller
 
 

Mr. Hagglund joined ATBS in July 2007 with more than 20 years of diverse financial and accounting experience. As Controller for ATBS, he manages the corporate accounting staff overseeing accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, human resources, budgets and cost controls and inter-company accounting processes. He also has responsibility for establishing financial policies, procedures and reporting systems.

Mr. Hagglund has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Colorado.

Amy Nack, Director of Marketing
 
 

Ms. Nack is a dynamic and innovative marketing leader with 10+ years of broad-ranging experience in industries ranging from small consumer marketing firms to multi-billion dollar healthcare distributors. Amy heads the ATBS Marketing Team leading all campaigns from inception to launch. She is responsible for the website and online strategy and supports all marketing endeavors in the B2B and B2C New Business Development efforts.

Amy lives in Boulder with her children, Jackson and Marcus. She enjoys hiking, camping, biking, snowboarding, running and everything else our great State offers.  In her spare time, she is also an accomplished writer and co-authors an ocean conservation blog, www.fishtruth.com, which takes her to shark sanctuaries and coral reefs around the world.

Ms. Nack graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in International Relations and earned her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Dayton.

Andy Erwin, Manager – Business Consulting
 
 

Mr. Erwin started at ATBS in March 2001. He began his career at ATBS as a Business Consultant and was soon promoted to Group Lead working with the Fastruck Program. Mr. Erwin is now Manager of the entire Business Consulting group. Prior to ATBS, Mr. Erwin worked in the Financial Services industry.

Holly Stevenson, Manager – Client Accounting
 
 

Ms. Stevenson joined ATBS in August 2007. She joined ATBS with over 20 years experience in finance, quality and process control. As Client Accounting Manager, Ms. Stevenson ensures that client information is accurate and timely. She oversees a large staff of sorters, data entry, reconcilers and quality control personnel working closely with the tax and consulting departments to provide information for monthly statements and tax estimates and returns.

Ms. Stevenson is a graduate of Western State College with a degree in Business and is a Six Sigma Greenbelt.

Joe Mash, Manager – Information Systems
 
 

Mr. Mash had over 10 years of experience in the information technology industry before coming to ATBS in July 2001 where he oversees all aspects of ATBS technology, network, telephony and communication installations. He manages all technology vendor contracts and relationships, including voice and data providers. He works closely with ATBS partners to facilitate the direct download of client business information.

Mr. Mash graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems. He is also a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer and a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Mark Miller, Manager – Tax
 
 

Mr. Miller began his career at ATBS in October 2006. He has been a practicing CPA for the past 24 years and has experience working in a variety of industries. Mr. Miller also has considerable experience working with the IRS resolving client’s outstanding tax problems. As the ATBS Tax Manager, Mr. Miller oversees the preparation and review of thousands of quarterly tax estimates and year-end tax returns for ATBS clients. Mr. Miller is a graduate of State University of New York at Buffalo.

Bob Hellrung, Manager – Administrative Services
 
 

Mr. Hellrung came to ATBS in 2001 with over 25 years of transportation experience. His initial position at ATBS was Manager of the Business Consulting Departments. Currently he oversees Administrative Services managing the flow of thousands of customer receipts and documents that come into ATBS every day, including overseeing the document scanning process. He also develops training and education programs for ATBS employees.

Mr. Hellrung has Degrees in Transportation Management and Business Administration from the University of Toledo and Metro State College of Denver.
